Billing

Ordered items and shipping costs are billed separately.  Your card will be billed twice, once for your products, and once for shipping.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Shipping

Shipping charges will be calculated by the distributor and emailed you.

Shipping cost may vary due to box size. Approx. +/- $1 to $5 for belts depending on size and $5 to $30 on hose, depending on hose diameter and length. Anything weighing more then a 150lbs and anything that has to be shipped on a pallet will be shipped UPS Freight

Returns

All returns will be paid by check. A check will be mailed out the day we receive the returned product.  Any chargeback fees will be acceded to the customer if it is found to be the customers fault.

Privacy Policy

First Choice Industrial respects the privacy of our clients, and will not share your personal information with any third party.

We collect certain information from customers for billing and administrative functions. None of the information collected for these functions is provided to any outside party for any reason.

Security measures are in place to protect against loss, alteration, or misuse of data collected. Customers are responsible for ensuring that only they or their authorized designees utilize their accounts. Suspected incidents of unauthorized use of a client account should be reported immediately to our Abuse Investigations department.
